Returns

If you wish to cancel your order you may do so within 1 week (7 days) of receipt of the goods. The product if shipped must be returned to us in its original form, unused and including all packaging and at your expense. We will refund the full cost of the item (not carriage costs) less 10% re-stocking fee, within 30 days. Please e mail, BEFORE you return any products.

If you wish to return faulty goods you may do so within 7 days of receipt of the goods, for a full refund or replacement. The product must be returned to us complete, including all packaging, if possible. Please e mail, BEFORE you return any products.
